Responsibilities

Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service with a servant's heart in our stores and in customer's homes and obtain new rental orders when needed on the sales floor and over the phone

Review overdue accounts and communicate in person or via phone with customers to promote timely payments, collect payments from customers on time and meet collection goals on a daily/weekly basis

Complete customer service calls on time as assigned

Manage vehicles and their maintenance; following company policies and practices regarding safe driving, and adhering to local and state laws for safe vehicle operation

Provide excellent customer service at each delivery, and make them on time

Maintain rental conditions for the store, vehicles, and products clean and organized with customers and coworkers in mind by following the golden rule

Complete rental agreements as required

Seek new business by telemarketing and distributing printed materials
