Responsibilities
Field incoming support requests from the Service Desk call center and IT support portal.
Exude professional presentation during troubleshooting calls that will be inbound throughout the day.
Provide end user support by diagnosing and resolving problems through both questioning techniques and the use of remote diagnostics.
Documentation of all information related to calls in IT Support portal.
Places necessary service calls and follows incidents through.
Prioritize and escalation of incidents to the 2nd level of support for incoming calls and self-service incidents.
Understand basics of client systems and identify when we need to engage client IT and Ensemble IT.
Assist with development of knowledge articles for IT systems.

Required
CRCR certification
2+ Years in an IT Help Desk role, or environment
