Responsibilities

Investigating automobile accidents involving single or multiple vehicles

Assess coverage, liability, and damages

Providing exceptional customer service

Communicate with customers and attorneys through different channels

Engage in negotiation processes to reach fair injury settlements

Perform detailed reviews of damage and interpreting policies

Use phone, emails and sometimes even video chat with customers

Evaluate and negotiate claims settlements

Utilize multiple tools to get the job done

Execute policies along policy agreements

Keep a clear record of work in a claims system

Ensure timely and accurate documentation
