Responsibilities
Submit responses to PSI's Digital Health and Monitoring (DHM) department via email following the submission instructions provided in the RFI.
Provide information on the organization's name, establishment, offices, number of employees, primary locations of operation, historical technical expertise, experience under resource-restricted conditions, and managing expectations for multiple stakeholders.
Offer a capacity statement on the organization's current ability to address the technical areas outlined in the RFI, such as FHIR based digital health applications, data analytics, e-Learning content development, cloud infrastructure management, and more.

Required
Experience with FHIR based digital health applications
Experience with open-source digital health tool management
Experience with DHIS2 and accompanying applications
Experience with data transformation and analytics
Experience with integrations APIs for Telcos, social media, and chat applications
Experience with developing e-Learning content
Experience with development and configuration of e-Learning platform
Experience with cloud infrastructure management
Experience with support & maintenance of custom/legacy applications
Experience with application of behavior change theory into digital health tools
Experience with program management
Experience with digital health intervention monitoring and evaluation
Experience with digital health laws and regulations across different jurisdictions including Data privacy
Experience working with government & ministries of health in developing digital health strategies, implementation and scaling of digital health interventions
Experience with service provision in English, Spanish, and French
Experience with technical support services
