Responsibilities
Collaborate with teams to understand and clarify questions and issues for data analysis
Design and execute descriptive statistical analyses to answer key business questions
Integrate, evaluate, and analyze diverse data sources
Communicate analysis results across teams to identify implications and translate findings into action
Develop analytic products that accurately communicate insights from the data

Required
Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience
Excellent quantitative analysis abilities
Intermediate to advanced SQL skills and preferred intermediate SAS skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
Ability to conduct nuanced analyses and produce accurate results
Preferred
Experience with Medicare Advantage Risk program and healthcare data
Ability to manage complex analytics through the entire life cycle
