Responsibilities

Provision of an analytic plan and template for two surveys (feedback and outcome survey). Supplier will provide a written document with the analytic plan and template for each survey, including identification of tools and technology to enable automation of analyses as well as data sources for primary and secondary research and benchmarking analysis, with two rounds of revisions.

Supplier will conduct statistical analysis of Cisco Networking Academy program feedback and outcome survey and provide supporting market research analysis as defined in the analytic plan and template.

Analysis to include data cleaning, item-level descriptives, and inferential/predictive statistics, segmentation analyses (e.g., regional, country, gender, and course), and including incorporation of insights from both primary and secondary data.

Final report of key findings and research insights for each survey.

Supplier shall provide all research results in PPT slides or dashboard, including infographics/graphs, provision of any utilized code or syntax, benchmarking, and survey recommendations, and with two rounds of revisions per survey.

Supplier will provide a written evaluation approach which will include guidance and development of best-practice materials tailored to pre-identified market research strategy (e.g., reducing gender stereotypes in marketing materials).

The approach will be delivered via PPT presentation and will include cutting-edge science, best-practices, key findings, and guidance to inform changes to learning platforms, courses, and campaigns.

Supplier will prepare and deliver an interactive workshop summarizing cutting-edge science on pre-identified concerns, including recommendations and best-practices for implementation and support.

Workshop to include a presentation and supported group discussions.

Supplier will provide a final PPT report of the interactive workshop presentation including recommendations based on feedback from the interactive workshop with two rounds of revisions.
