Responsibilities

Research relevant topics and issues.

Analyze data and information to support decision-making processes.

Prepare reports and summaries of findings.

Assist with administrative tasks such as tracking client activity, maintaining client records, reporting on key metrics, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.

Prepare and edit documents, correspondence, and presentations.

Assist in the development of communication materials such as newsletters, press releases, or social media posts.

Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions.

Interact with clients to understand their needs and work accordingly.

Ensure clients receive exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries promptly, addressing concerns, managing expectations, and working to meet their needs.

Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies and programs.

Contribute to the preparation of policy documents and recommendations.

Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Contribute towards the update on training materials.

Collaborate with colleagues and other interns.

Attend networking events and meetings.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in government regulations.

Work on special projects as assigned by supervisors.

Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
