Responsibilities
Work closely with the sales and manufacturing teams to develop new products
Utilize expertise in compounding and bio-resins (PLA, PBAT, PHA, Cellulous Acetate, additives, etc.)
Demonstrate knowledge of thermoforming and extrusion processes
Collaborate across multiple functions within the organization

Required
Bachelor's degree required
Must have proven history of compounding and bio-resin experience
Ability to interact and interface at all levels of the organization
