Responsibilities

Develop formulations for a wide range of personal care products including skin care, color cosmetics, and OTCs.

Contribute to strategy and pipeline development based on benefit and risk analysis.

Manage people and departments, working closely with Process Engineering and Manufacturing teams.

Lead new technology and product development initiatives.

Achieve sales growth in R&D investment areas through successful promotion of new products and presenting them to clients.
