Responsibilities

Conduct primary and secondary research on residential real estate industry and demographic trends, market conditions, interviews, and site visits;

Aggregate, analyze, and develop recommendations based on market data;

Create supporting exhibit packages for consulting assignments;

Support the project team in preparing reports and presentations to synthesize conclusions and recommendations;

Participate in client meetings and presentations;

Provide support for internal initiatives and ad-hoc projects as needed.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, economics, urban studies, political science or related fields demonstrating qualitative and quantitative reasoning

Organized, reliable, trustworthy, team-player

Works well in high-pressure situations

Occasional travel for field work
