Responsibilities
Perform research and data analysis for the California Department of Aging.
Identify new strategies or sources for collecting data to support Master Plan for Aging efforts.
Create data visualizations tailored for various audiences.
Maintain the Data Dashboard for Aging (DDA) in collaboration with the team.
Support research efforts around the implementation of the Master Plan for Aging.
Develop research and recommendations for presentation to executive management and stakeholders.
Engage with stakeholders, create materials, and facilitate discussions.
Utilize software such as Tableau, Esri ArcGIS, and Power BI regularly.

Required
Knowledgeable in the creation of data visualizations
Experience in data analysis
Experience in research activities
Ability to work with software such as Tableau, Esri ArcGIS, Power BI, among other tools
Completion of Form 700 within 30 days of appointment and once per year
Current version of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678
