Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of qualitative and quantitative pharmaceutical market research projects, ensuring they meet client objectives and standards.

Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring ongoing collaboration and trust.

Develop business with new and existing clients.

Design and implement customized research strategies tailored to client needs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Lead and mentor a team of researchers, providing guidance on professional development and project execution.

Monitor and drive account growth, identifying opportunities for expansion and integration of services.

Required

Extensive experience in designing and managing qualitative and quantitative research projects within the pharmaceutical industry, including creating proposals, interpreting data, making recommendations, and presenting to clients.

Proven track record of business development and account revenue growth.

Demonstrate a firm understanding of sales, overheads, and project profitability.

Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Strong leadership skills, including mentoring and managing a team and individual development.

Exceptional communication and consultative skills, with the ability to foster long-term client partnerships.

Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including the drug development and commercialization process.
