Responsibilities
Implement the study intervention protocol.
Update the study intervention protocol as needed.
Facilitate participants recruitment through community outreach.
Support the efforts to retain participants and implement retention strategies.
Conduct weekly interventions with participants to promote protocol adherence.
Translate study documents (consent forms, study questionnaires, recruitment materials, etc.) from English to Korean, and Korean to English.

Required
An active RN license.
Proficiency in using computers, Microsoft Office products.
Fluent in English and Korean.
Flexibility of working hours.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Preferred
Research experience working as a research assistant or associate for at least 1 year.
Prior experience in recruiting research participants.
Team-player.
Independent and self-motivated individual.
Ability to work under pressure to meet study milestones.
