Responsibilities
Plan and execute policy initiatives and programs with multiple stakeholders
Draft and edit research policies and related documents
Provide consultation on research policy-related questions to multiple groups within the company.
Develop training materials and provide training to multiple groups within the company, as needed

Required
Advanced degree in a biomedical or social science
Experience in research policy, bioethics, or management of big data; or demonstrated interest in learning more
Critical thinking ability, coupled with a strong moral compass
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Enthusiasm for working in a highly collaborative environment
Ability to work from 23andMe's office in Sunnyvale, CA a minimum of three days per week is required
Preferred
Experience managing, organizing and executing projects with multiple stakeholders preferred
Familiarity with human genetics a plus
