Responsibilities

Partner with managers to clarify objectives and assess trade-offs in strategic decision-making.
Structure ambiguous problems and identify creative solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Provide analytical and operational support to ensure informed and effective decision-making.
Drive high-priority projects by ensuring clear communication, alignment, and follow-through among stakeholders.
Monitor progress and provide feedback loops to improve processes and outcomes.
Help design and implement systems to improve workflow efficiency and accountability.
Act as a trusted partner to managers, building strong relationships across teams and levels of the organization.
Provide regular updates on key initiatives and surface risks or challenges proactively.
Serve as a bridge between departments to facilitate collaboration and reduce silos.
Leverage data to uncover trends, inform decisions, and measure the impact of initiatives.
Create dashboards, reports, or presentations to synthesize information for diverse audiences.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, economics, engineering, or similar).
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with an ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and influence diverse audiences.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and GenAI capabilities and comfort with quantitative reasoning.
Proactive and resourceful, with a bias for action and ownership.
Open-minded and eager to receive and provide feedback for continuous growth.
Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred

2–5 years of experience in consulting, project management, or a high-performance operational role is preferred.
