Responsibilities

Design and conduct new experiments under supervision and operate specialized equipment and software used in research.

Perform routine experiments and daily work timely and independently, including animal metabolic/behavioral assays, tissue/cell cultures, fluorescence imaging studies, PCR, etc. Collect, analyze, and report experimental data with accurate records.

Manage and maintain mouse colonies.

Conduct assigned duties, such as routine lab maintenance, monitoring compliance, ordering supply, and record keeping, protocol implementation, etc.

Assist with team members and the principal investigator on experiments and research projects.

Participate in lab meetings and research collaborations.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in scientific field
