Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects related to roadway/transportation engineering and concrete work
Ensure projects are completed in accordance with NJDOT requirements
Provide guidance to colleagues and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Address any issues or concerns with contractors and design teams
Ensure that all projects meet local, state, and federal safety codes and regulations
Monitor all project phases and submit reports to management
Provide technical support to team members when needed

Required
Bachelors degree in civil engineering or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering and concrete work
Knowledge of NJDOT regulations and codes
Ability to multi-task and work autonomously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
