Responsibilities

Assist Experienced Appraisers: Support experienced appraisers in evaluating residential properties by conducting market research, property inspections, and preparing detailed appraisal reports.

Data Collection: Collect and verify information from various sources, including public records, real estate listings, and property owners.

Market Research: Gather and analyze data on property values, market trends, and comparable sales.

Property Inspections: Assist in measuring, sketching, and photographing properties to document their condition and features.

Customer Interaction: Communicate with property owners, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and address inquiries.

Report Preparation: Help in writing comprehensive appraisal reports, including property descriptions, market analysis, and valuation conclusions.

Learning and Development: Participate in classroom instruction and on-the-job training to gain knowledge and skills in real estate appraisal.
