Responsibilities
Assist in managing business process improvement projects to enhance customer and client experience
Support the identification of process optimization opportunities
Execute process enhancements under the guidance of senior team members
Assist with project communication and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Act as a liaison between team members and stakeholders
Assist in resource allocation and project planning
Learn and apply process optimization methodologies effectively.

Required
Expert knowledge and working experience of MS Excel, macro building, PowerPoint presentation, MS-Word document is a must
Experience of working with teams located across multiple geographical locations/cultures and able to collaborate well setting a tone of teamwork is a must
Effective communication and presentation skills are a must
Ability to execute, monitor, track and follow up on the tasks assigned till completion is a must
Ability to analyze various data inputs, compare/consolidate and prepare various reports out of them for management with quick notice as and when needed is a must
Experience in the usage of Power BI tool and various project management related tools would be an added advantage
Working experience in an integrated environment, where a lot of collaboration across multiple teams/projects is required and experience in preparing visual metrics of project/program
Experience in data analysis and effective data building capability
Ability & willingness to overlap with teams located across various geographical locations so as to be able to provide a wider support coverage
Preferred
Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in the industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
Proven experience in business process services
Experience in business process analysis and recommendations
Proficiencies in process analysis and data-driven decision-making
A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
