Responsibilities
Regularly update inventory records to reflect accurate stock levels.
Coordinate with the warehouse team on all sample and inventory management.
Conduct periodic inventory maintenance to identify and rectify any discrepancies.
Collaborate with the Marcolin sales team to ensure accurate order details and specifications
Monitor communication channels regularly to ensure no client inquiries go unanswered.
Prioritize urgent client requests while maintaining a balance with ongoing tasks.
Respond promptly to client inquiries.
Address and resolve customer issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
