Responsibilities

Be the subject matter expert on deductions and compliance programs across multiple retailers, including Amazon, Target, Kroger, Walmart, Home Depot, and/or CVS, and act as an "internal consultant," representing the voice of the customer at SupplyPike

Work closely with SupplyPike Product teams to help with customer research and advise on feature prioritization

Support the Sales team by sitting in on sales calls to answer technical deductions- and compliance-related questions, and provide context, guidance, and domain expertise where necessary

Support the Marketing team by providing insights around deductions and compliance programs to assist with content creation

Support the Customer Success team by advising on deductions- and compliance-related questions, supporting quarterly business reviews, etc.

Support other teams in an advisory capacity, including Customer Development, Finance, etc.

Stay on top of retail news and developments from various sources (supplier groups, personal/professional networks, newsletters, conferences) and communicate learnings internally
