Responsibilities
Champion projects from start to finish by coordinating and executing marketing initiatives.
Provide day-to-day oversight by managing administrative tasks and logistical support for dealer events.
Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Develop clear and engaging internal and external communications to support marketing programs.
Maintain project schedules, status reports, and documentation.
Identify and resolve project issues while reporting progress to management.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
3+ years of experience coordinating or managing projects
A knack for working effectively in cross-functional teams
Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation & reporting) and MS Office suite (Teams, Outlook) is a must
Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
Time management skills: ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and stay within budget
