Responsibilities
Analyze current retail operations and identify areas for improvement to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective operational strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
Provide ongoing training and support to retail staff to ensure adherence to best practices and enhance customer service standards.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform operational decisions and drive innovative solutions.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of operational strategies and make data-driven recommendations for future initiatives.
Facilitate regular operational reviews and feedback sessions with retail management to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with company goals.

Required
A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, management, or consulting roles.
Strong understanding of retail metrics, data analysis, and performance improvement strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire team members at all levels.
Preferred
Experience with inventory management systems and retail technology solutions.
A background in project management or experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
A bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
