Responsibilities
Lead and support Store Managers across multiple locations, ensuring they are meeting operational goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
Recruit, train, and develop top talent to create a high-performing team.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ensure all stores within the region operate in compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, including sales, profitability, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
Implement operational improvements to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Drive sales and revenue growth by executing company sales strategies, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans to achieve financial goals.
Develop regional budgets and forecasts in collaboration with senior management.
Ensure that all stores deliver a superior customer experience, building customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Handle escalated customer concerns and work with store management teams to resolve issues promptly.
Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Lead initiatives that support long-term business growth and market share expansion in the region.
Ensure all stores maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for both employees and customers.
Regularly report on regional performance metrics, trends, and areas of concern to senior leadership.
Communicate and implement corporate directives, promotions, and operational changes across the region.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop regional strategies and ensure alignment with company-wide goals.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (or combination of education and relevant experience that will allow the candidate to be successful)
Minimum of 5-7 years of retail management experience, with at least 3 years in a multi-store or regional management role
Bilingual, English and Spanish required
Strong leadership and people management abilities, with a focus on coaching and development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and departments
Solid understanding of retail operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software
Ability to travel regularly within the region
Work is primarily done in a general office environment
Manual dexterity to use computer, telephone, and peripherals
Occasional evening and weekend availability may be required
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Preferred
Knowledge of Money Transfer Industry a plus
