Responsibilities
Own all elements of Customer Lifecycle & CRM marketing — from the tools we use, the touchpoints with our customer, and the KPIs for each customer segment.
Analyze customer cohort data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for segmentation, and develop and execute the roadmap for lead generation & customer retention
Create and refine automated lifecycle journeys and one-off campaigns across email, push, SMS, and other CRM channels to increase conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value (LTV)
Establish, implement, and optimize A/B testing strategies to drive campaign performance
Collaborate with engineering, data and analytics teams to enhance technical capabilities within our email program
Be a key partner to drive success new product launches: work closely with marketing, brand, product, and CX teams to ensure alignment of lifecycle marketing campaigns and delivery against new product adoption goals
Track and analyze key performance metrics for automated email and SMS campaigns.

Required
5+ years of experience or equivalent with proven results driving improvements in customer lifecycle touchpoints, ideally in a direct-to-consumer or subscription business.
An analytical, growth mindset and can pick apart the levers that deliver outcomes to the business and customer experience.
Experience building email campaigns end-to-end with an understanding of email & mobile marketing (push, in-app & SMS) best practices.
Experience conducting A/B tests and turning results into insights that can be mapped into a broader roadmap.
Ability to prioritize the details and keep the overall experience top of mind, without getting disorganized.
