Responsibilities
Uses consultative sales approach to identify prospects, their needs, and offers tailored solutions
Pursues and sells our services to retirement plan prospects
Solidifies client relationships and maintains responsibility for ongoing client service in conjunction with IMA team
Completes investment analysis of clients/prospects investment portfolio and provides guidance and recommendations
Provides strategic recommendations and tactical implementation of plan enhancements, including but not limited to vendor selection and conversions, plan design optimization, compliance oversight, and investment due diligence
Works collaboratively with entire IMA team to provide a consistent client experience
Develops and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external partners
Support and demonstrate IMA’s core values

Required
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years' sales experience in the retirement plan services required
FINRA Series 65 required (OR obtain within first six month; additional licensing may be needed)
Moderate travel required (25-50%)
Experience with MS Office products and other business oriented systems (specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Preferred
Life Insurance and Variable Contracts licenses preferred
Knowledge of ERISA laws and the retirement plan industry preferred
