Responsibilities
Participate in training and communication of compliance administration topics to clients and institutional business partners
Maintain necessary systems related to the assigned block of business
Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance systems and tools
Serve as committee leader to establish department level procedures
Oversee compliance and consulting service model to a block of business
Lead ongoing company initiatives or system enhancements

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience
2 years of compliance experience or equivalent work experience in related field
2 years of experience working with retirement plans
Preferred
Full knowledge of own area of functional responsibility related to compliance services
Able to exercise judgment within defined procedures and ability to determine appropriate action
Excellent customer service skills
Advanced Excel and working knowledge of Access preferred
