Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day administration of 401(k) and non-qualified retirement plans, ensuring compliance with ERISA and other applicable regulations.
Be the backup resource that oversees equity compensation programs, including stock options, RSUs, and other related benefits.
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Work with senior leadership to design and refine retirement and equity benefit strategies that support employee retention and satisfaction.
Serve as a resource for employees, providing education and guidance on retirement and equity plan options.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure all plans comply with federal, state, and local laws.
Coordinate with third-party administrators, record-keepers, and consultants to optimize plan performance and compliance.
Prepare regular reports on plan performance, participation rates, and cost analyses to inform organizational decision-making.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retirement plan administration, including 401(k), non-qualified plans, and equity compensation programs.
In-depth knowledge of ERISA, IRS regulations, and equity compensation best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex benefit concepts to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in benefits management software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
