Responsibilities
Being the first point of contact for returns, warranty, and repair-related issues.
Reconciling exchanges and providing RMAs.
Communicating about unreturned cores with internal contacts and customers.
Entering repair orders accurately into the computer base.
Reporting statuses to leadership and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
Providing excellent customer service.

Required
Experience with ERP systems (i.e. Oracle or SAP).
Previous experience with customer service/expediting deliveries.
