Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships: Establish and nurture partnerships with nonprofit organizations to create a network of potential Transitional Duty placement sites.
Identify suitable assignments: Collaborate with nonprofit organizations to identify appropriate Transitional Duty roles that match injured workers' physical abilities, restrictions, and skill set.
Facilitate placements: Coordinate the placement of injured workers in selected Transitional Duty assignments, creating draft offer letter, creating driving instructions, and setting up the time tracking process.
Maintain internal database of nonprofit transitional work sites.
Communicates challenges with placement process to Transitional Return to Work Specialist to strategize next steps.
Accurately document time and case activity on individual files in case management software (Alarisware)
Performs other duties as necessary and assigned
Communicate with stakeholders: Maintain open communication with injured workers, nonprofit partners, and TRTW Specialists to ensure a smooth and effective volunteer experience.
Manage administrative tasks: Track volunteer hours, manage timesheets, and update case management software with relevant information.
Resolve issues and concerns: Address any problems or conflicts that may arise during the volunteer assignment, working collaboratively with all parties involved.

Required
Must be comfortable with heavy phone work
Customer Service Experience
Ability to manage competing priorities
Preferred
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Bilingual Spanish preferred
