Responsibilities

Assess the company's products and services to identify revenue recognition challenges, particularly related to the accurate recognition of revenue from products and services.

Create a repeatable revenue accounting process aligned with GAAP, specifically ASC 606.

Help to configure QuickBooks to support the new process, ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition.

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

5+ years of revenue accounting experience in tech or e-commerce.

Strong understanding of GAAP, especially ASC 606.

Experience with complex revenue arrangements (software, subscriptions, services).

Proficiency in QuickBooks.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred

Credentials like a CPA or similar is preferred but not required.
