Responsibilities
Support the Revenue and AR recognition process, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, and other relevant accounting standards, regulations, and guidelines.
Ensure timely and accurate Revenue Recognition and AR accounting in accordance with US GAAP and SEC regulations, including monthly close procedures, with a firm understanding of the revenue recognition standards.
Preparation of Key Deliverables including: Revenue & Billing Workbooks, Account Reconciliations, Customer Specific Summaries & Analysis, Relevant Month and Quarter End Financial Commentary
Assist in managing the development, implementation, and adherence to accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls relating to Revenue and AR accounting, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.
Work closely with Business Development/Commercial Operations teams to ensure early engagement and communication on new contracts, amendments, and invoicing issues.
Work closely with external auditors, preparing and providing necessary documentation and support to ensure a smooth and timely audit process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to monitor and manage customer budgets, forecasts, and actuals.
Participate in the design and implementation of financial systems and tools to drive continuous improvement in Revenue and AR accounting processes.

Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
1 - 3 years of relevant accounting and financial reporting experience.
Strong understanding of US GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting requirements, including ASC 606.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
