Responsibilities

Identify and document information technology design specifications based on analysis/assessment of user needs and generate need-gap analyses.

Acts as an application administrator by ensuring data integrity, maintaining system security, extracting, analyzing and transforming data.

Analyze, plan, design, create and maintain simple to intermediate level reports leveraging various technologies including but not limited to IBM Showcase, QlikView, Cerner Command Language (CCL), OnDemand, and Siemens MedSeries 4 Query/Reports.

Required

Bachelor's degree or 6 years of relevant experience required. High School Diploma is a Must!

3-5 years of experience with Soarian application and HL7 interface troubleshooting.

Minimum 2 years of experience in an IS healthcare setting.

Experience in solution design and development: ability to analyze requirements, formulate scope and objectives, and develop solutions to meet organizational needs.

Technical knowledge: understanding of application build, design, technical infrastructure, and industry best practices.

Project management skills: ability to work independently on projects, establish goals, monitor progress, and complete tasks on time and on budget.

Reporting and analytics skills: ability to generate both standard and custom reports using tools such as IBM Showcase, QlikView, Cerner Command Language (CCL), OnDemand, and Siemens MedSeries 4 Query/Reports.

Preferred

Familiarity and experience with systems like 3M, PBAR, MedSeries4, Change Healthcare, nThrive, and PatientKeeper is a plus.
