Responsibilities
Responsible for analysis of charges, payments, adjustments, denials, and other financial reports.
Assists in maintaining the integrity of the CDM, Fee Schedule, contract variance analysis, and group billing accounts.
Analyzes Billing Accounts Receivable and performs follow-up activities.
Performs ad hoc consultative research on Revenue Cycle issues.
Identifies barriers and recommends corrective actions to maximize revenue.
Works with third-party billing company on billing customer service escalations.
Reconciles various activities in the revenue cycle with internal and third-party team members.
Performs provider to payer credentialing.
Maintains excellent customer service and confidentiality of patient and financial information.
Performs other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
3 years Revenue Cycle Billing experience preferred.
