Responsibilities

Provide support to Revenue Cycle and Epic teams through the following:

Review current PB, Cadence, Ambulatory and Beaker Epic build for revenue cycle optimization.

Assist Revenue Cycle Director with improving work queue functionality.

Assist Revenue Cycle Director with creating reporting and dashboards in Epic.

Assist Revenue Cycle Director and Epic Director with tickets placed with Epic Community Connect host site.

Assist Revenue Cycle Director with Epic and clearinghouse functionality improvement.

Assist Revenue Cycle Director and Epic Director with creating end user training.

Public health, community health, physician clinic, FQHC, RHC revenue cycle experience Mississippi healthcare experience.
