Responsibilities

Identify, research, evaluate, and implement software application updates/enhancements to standardize best practices and meet net revenue optimization initiatives.

Provide system support/updates for all Revenue Cycle stakeholders regarding application optimization and process improvement.

Handle reporting, analysis, and review of data request needs.

Collaborate with the reporting team to develop enhancements to reports and dashboards.

Required

Associates degree

Minimum two (2) years of experience in complex data modeling analytical software or project management

Minimum one (1) year of experience with hospital/physician practice revenue cycle operations, or patient access with supervisory experience preferred

Preferred

Bachelors‘ degree preferred in information systems, business administration, finance, accounting, healthcare administration or a related field

Project Management Professional (PMP/PMI) certification and/or Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP/HFMA) preferred

Extensive experience and knowledge of PC applications, including Microsoft Office products MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Project, MS- Visio, Power BI, etc.
