Responsibilities
Manages sales process adoption and compliance. Pioneer the discovery and adoption of tools that will streamline the sales process
Standardize, distribute, and expand sales facing reporting to improve efficiency and productivity. Includes weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports, pipeline reviews, top of funnel activity, and sales programs
Maintains up‐to‐date knowledge of the current CRM program and ensures data quality and reporting accuracy
Plays a key role in supporting consolidated strategic and financial planning processes, maintaining and scaling underlying integrated financial models, systems, and tools
Partners with Data Science & Analytics team to provide inputs on new or modified business views needed in the data warehouse
Partners closely with Information Systems to implement new sales data systems including territory planning and data management tools

Required
4+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, finance, business/sales operations, sales strategy, or related field
Experience with a CRM tool, specifically Salesforce, as well as experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Datorama, Tableau, etc.)
Experience working as an analyst in operations supporting a Sales or Customer Success team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and communicate actionable insights
Advanced analysis skills; expertise working with large and unstructured data sets and building complex models. Deep understanding of Excel or equivalent analytical tools is a requirement, experience with SQL a plus but not required
Ability to navigate through and communicate complex ideas effectively - verbally, in writing, and presentations
