Responsibilities
Ensure the integrity of our sales data within Salesforce.com, CPQ and other critical systems.
Proactively identify and address data quality improvement opportunities to support accurate reporting and analysis.
Develop & implement data governance processes to improve data consistency and reliability across the organization.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including a data dictionary, to promote transparency around key data sources that drive sales processes and reporting.
Develop, maintain and optimize reports & dashboards that measure key Go-to-Market metrics (pipeline, forecasts, bookings, retention, quota attainment, territory coverage, etc.).
Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports and presentations to sales and company leadership.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform go-to-market strategies and decision-making.
Standardize and document reporting methodologies & criteria to foster a shared understanding of how key metrics are measured and used.
Work closely with global Go-to-Market leaders to understand their reporting needs and develop globally consistent solutions that promote data-driven decision-making.
Partner with Finance to drive consistency in reporting practices and KPI results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Biz Apps, Solution Consulting, Sales Enablement, Marketing and Delivery to enhance processes and support strategic initiatives.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales tools, processes, reporting, and data management practices.
Participate in strategic initiatives to support evolving business needs.

Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales/revenue operations or financial analyst role.
Experience working closely with sales teams and understanding their needs and challenges.
Well versed with sales processes, tools, KPIs, and revenue models (specifically, Annual Recurring Revenue)
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ with a strong ability to navigate and manage data, reporting & dashboards within the platform.
Strong analytical and data analysis/modeling skills, with expertise in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
Demonstrated ability to derive meaningful and actionable business insights from disparate data sources.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for various audiences and senior stakeholders
Affinity for analytical thinking, problem solving and process improvement.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
