Responsibilities
Manage Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency
Create and maintain pipeline reports to highlight sales performance and forecast revenue
Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
Setup customer billing setup, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with the Controller and SVP of Sales to support and bridge finance and sales teams
Continuously optimize CRM and other systems for operational excellence
Analyze sales and financial data to uncover trends and opportunities
Work cross-functionally to align and support company-wide initiatives
Track and report on key SaaS metrics like MRR, CAC, LTV, and Churn Rate
Develop and present insightful reports and dashboards to senior management
Use SQL for data extraction and analysis to support reporting needs
Utilize data analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and Google Analytics

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
2-4 years experience
Proven experience managing Salesforce CRM
Strong grasp of SaaS metrics and KPIs, with reporting experience
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to provide actionable insights
Detail-oriented and passionate about improving processes
Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively across departments
