Revenue Operations Analyst

Responsibilities
Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements across the revenue funnel to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Create and maintain internal library for Standard Operating Procedures, including Revenue Operations Playbook and Job Aids.
Partner with Sales Enablement to highlight growth opportunities and support end-user training and communications.
Identify and prioritize key projects to enhance sales team processes, align stakeholders, and execute from start to finish.
Drive Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ best practices, partnering with key stakeholders for enhancements.
Execute and enforce data excellence within Salesforce and key sales tools, ensuring data accuracy and ease of navigation.
Leverage existing datasets and dashboards for ad-hoc data analysis.
Present findings and analysis to all levels of leadership.

Required
Requires a minimum of 5 years of related or equivalent experience; or 3+ years with an advanced degree.
3 years experience utilizing Salesforce.com, and SFDC CPQ. (Admin experience a plus)
Experienced with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau / Power BI)
Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart
Experience with Salesforce reports & dashboards
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, highly developed attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to communicate, listen, and present to all levels of the organization
Ability to manage competing priorities in a results-driven environment
Preferred
Experience with revenue tools a plus (Gainsight, Highspot, Salesloft, People.ai)
