Responsibilities
Validate and finalize flight costs
Generating member invoices
Contract review and pricing validation
Monthly statement generation and resolving discrepancies
Action and manage high volume of member and internal email inquiries.
Assist with product innovation related to technology and financial system buildouts.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Required
A Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting or management related discipline.
Preferred
Ability to prioritize tasks and complete them in an efficient manner.
Experience with NetSuite, Quickbooks and Microsoft Office is a plus
Self-directed, detailed, and highly organized.
Strong communication skills to be able to collaborate effectively with remote employees/ employees based throughout the US
