Responsibilities
Operate and continuously optimize the end-to-end GTM marketing technology stack supporting teams of Sales, Marketing, CS, Partner & PLG
Owns end-to-end process of tracking/reporting the sales funnel and operational metrics
Develop repeatable processes appropriate for each platform to support business and user objectives in the most efficient and effective manner. This may include implementing new or modified workflows in a system or extracting data and presenting tailored analysis for each user segment, or most importantly, taking manual tasks that exist and automating processes everywhere possible
Define and deliver insights to management, as well as propose techniques to improve efficiencies and funnel performance
Monitor performance and provide optimization insights and recommendations to execute in the tools based on data and functionality improvements
Enable systems to measure each stage of our journey, including scoring and lifecycle progression. Identify areas of strength and opportunity
Analyze & evaluate the health and ROI of all GTM platforms, identify areas of improvement, prevent gaps, work with vendors to align with organization goals & objectives, manage resources accordingly
Possess a high level of expertise working with cross-functional groups and confidently drive facilitation of problem-solving and influence decisions by being a technical/functional knowledge expert that articulates ideas very well
Heavy cross-department collaboration with senior & executive stakeholders is expected with a greater emphasis on being a thought partner and having a strong problem-solving skill set
Serve as our internal MarTech point of contact, acting as platform administrator, providing day-to-day production and platform integration support
Collaborating with our Insights lead in the analysis, planning, and strategies that are powered by the technology we own
Create training documentation that guides the team(s) for each tech platform
Train colleagues on all marketing software tools, including onboarding, new functionality rollout, content plan on rollouts/releases, governance, and access

Required
Minimum 5 years of experience leading operations as a MarTech administrator of multiple tools in a B2B SaaS company required
Administrator level expertise of HubSpot (Marketing and CRM solutions) required
Previous experience managing & leading teams, both direct and dotted line required
Ability to understand high level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure execution and business impact
Understanding of process mapping and optimizations with experience leading the change management tactics
Proven analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable GTM insights
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
Self-motivated, hands-on and results-driven
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-group skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Bachelors or Masters in business related field such as Business, Management or Marketing required
Preferred
Strong knowledge of Google, Attribution, CPQ, Zoom, Snowflake and 6Sense platforms highly preferred
