Responsibilities
Be the person who creates and maintains the visual map of a critical function of the business, who would be called upon to provide context and clarity in strategic decision-making
Operate as a member of the Sales and Partnerships leadership team who can affect change within our GTM technology processes
Work closely with dedicated resources from the Data Analytics and Enablement teams to design and propose process changes and then roll out process improvements
Work with the RevOps Agile Development Team to monitor progress, test and deploy process improvements to the team

Required
5+ Years of GTM Strategy and Revenue Operations Roles
A understanding of Salesforce Administration (for process design and testing purposes)
Agile Methodology knowledge, experience or certifications
Ideally some tenure as a customer-facing Account Executive, Customer Success Manager or front-line leader.
Ability to deeply understand the sales motion and identify roadblocks to efficiencies. This person will be excited by these complex problems and will want to solve for them.
Project Management experience would be considered an asset.
