Responsibilities
Configure and optimize Salesforce systems to support revenue operations
Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules
Implement data integration solutions and maintain data quality standards
Design and deploy lead scoring and opportunity tracking systems
Build comprehensive reporting dashboards for revenue insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes
Develop and document best practices for Salesforce usage
Provide training and support to end-users
Monitor system performance and implement improvements
Lead system updates and enhancement projects

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
3+ years of Salesforce administration experience
Strong understanding of RevOps processes and CRM best practices
Experience with reporting tools and process automation
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred
Salesforce Administrator certification
