Responsibilities

Own and optimize HubSpot processes, acting as the primary HubSpot administrator.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align goals, strategies, and processes.
Build out reports, run processes, and implement industry best practices to further improve revenue operations.
Own and optimize the entire revenue operations process, including lead generation, sales enablement, deal closure, and customer retention.
Develop and implement best practices, policies, and processes related to revenue operations and data management.

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations, preferably in a high-growth B2B environment.
Extensive knowledge of HubSpot with experience as a HubSpot administrator.
Strong ability to understand complex problems, identify impacted stakeholders, and create comprehensive solutions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data to stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
Proven track record of excelling in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments, evidencing adaptability, resilience, and a growth mindset.

Preferred

Proficiency in project management systems, customer service help desks, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools.
Prior experience with Vitally, Metabase, and Clickup platforms.
Strong SQL skills.
Previous work experience involving collaboration with consultants or external agencies.
