Responsibilities
Manage and optimize revenue automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Sales Nav, Apollo, etc.)
Implement and maintain integrations between marketing systems and CRM (e.g., Hubspot).
Ensure data integrity across multiple different systems and manage the migrations
Design and implement lead scoring and nurturing programs.
Ensure timely and accurate lead handoff between marketing and sales.
Monitor and improve lead conversion rates throughout the funnel.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for marketing operations.
Train and support sales team members on best practices and system usage.
Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Provide insights and data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Work closely with sales, customer success, and finance teams to ensure alignment and coordination.
Participate in regular revenue team meetings to provide updates and insights on marketing operations.
Support cross-functional initiatives and projects as needed.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing/Sales Ops or a similar role.
Proficiency in Revenue automation platforms (Hubspot, Apollo, SalesNav) and CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot).
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Looker).
Experience working within a high growth - early stage environment.
Have built out automation flows within a revenue software stack
