Responsibilities

Track record of delivering healthy candidate volume while maintaining a high degree of responsiveness and care to each stakeholder and candidate in the process.
Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships, influence, and partner effectively with hiring managers and leaders.
Previous experience recruiting for GTM roles
Learn quickly and thrive in a constantly evolving environment with shifting priorities
Strong analytical skills and ability to track metrics, draw insights, and translate them into action
Previous experience in a full-lifecycle recruiting position, working on a variety of requisitions at once in a high growth tech company.
Establish relationships with your hiring partners and teammates
Effectively communicate with your hiring partners to understand the roles you are hiring for and the candidate profile
Become an expert in our ATS and workflows
Hit the phones - conduct your first phone screen and become confident in how you pitch Flock Safety to candidates
Become an ambassador of Flock and represent our brand to potential candidates
Learn to pitch our compensation philosophy to candidates
Be the go-to person for your hiring partners. Guide them on recruiting best practices, designing interview plans, and identifying top talent for their teams
Be in lockstep with your HRBP to keep a pulse on the Revenue department.
Identify potential bottlenecks in our hiring process/workflow and offer solutions on how we improve
Successfully move a candidate through our entire interview process
Successfully manage multiple requisitions at once while maintaining a strong candidate and hiring manager experience
Build confidence with your hiring partners in your ability to deliver top-talent
Build a strong candidate pipeline for the roles you are assigned by creatively sourcing candidates and engaging with potential candidates through networking
Increase candidate satisfaction by communicating regularly, being transparent, and delivering feedback
