Responsibilities

Is responsible for the successful delivery (on time and budget) of the company’s Managed Review offering to our clients.

Works in coordination with Review Consulting group and the other team members of Managed Review to efficiently conduct one or more review projects simultaneously.

Works closely with Team Leads to efficiently support the project needs and tasks.

Recognizes reviewer resource needs and coordinates with Staffing/Support team on numbers, duration, and specific review needs.

Consult with other teams throughout the company to ensure client needs are being addressed with company best practices, customized solutions, and workflows.

Savvy understanding of all tools and products the company offers - including analytics and hosting services.

Works in coordination with Review Consulting group and EDS team to implement TAR workflows.

Creates and implements workflows and Quality Control measures, to minimize risk and ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness.

Coordinates on review production structure and process.

Consult and complete review guidelines with counsel.

Committed to excellence in client delivery.

Required

Juris Doctor, barred and in good standing

Expert in Managed Review - some industry, direct experience in many tools and review platforms; extensive knowledge of Relativity

Strong client-service orientation

Ability to work with other departments in coordinating requirements and activities

Can work with teams and independently

Effective communicator with all participants of the review process

Strong computer skills
