Responsibilities

Build Strategic Client Partnerships: Guide clients in optimizing their HubSpot environment for long-term success. Advise on aligning marketing and sales operations with their CRM systems to enhance efficiency, scalability, and growth.
HubSpot Management and Optimization: Manage the technical aspects of HubSpot, including marketing automation and CRM functions, to ensure they align with client goals and priorities. Help clients design, implement, and maintain high-quality systems that optimize data integrity and streamline business processes.
Third-Party Integrations: Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party integration partners, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ZoomInfo, and GoToWebinar. Manage integration setups and execution within HubSpot’s marketing automation and CRM tools to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
Problem Solving and Technical Implementation: Tackle and creatively solve complex technical implementation challenges. Ensure successful integrations and smooth processes across diverse technical environments.
Successfully onboard, complete role-based training, and integrate into the team.
Gain proficiency with our tech stack and key platforms.
Earn certifications required as an Elite HubSpot partner.
Shadow senior team members on client calls and assist with client work.
Begin to receive your first clients and lead client calls.
Manage and grow your portfolio of clients.
Lead new and ongoing client projects with increasing autonomy.
Collaborate with team members on technical challenges and problem-solving.
Deepen your RevOps expertise and contribute to client success.
Collaborate with internal marketing to share insights via blogs, webinars, and thought leadership pieces.
Work with your manager to identify opportunities for ongoing professional growth and skill development.

Proven experience designing and optimizing HubSpot-based RevOps processes that align marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
Strong technical aptitude with experience managing integrations and automation across HubSpot.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong client relationships and driving consultative solutions.
Experience training clients on HubSpot best practices and RevOps processes, empowering them to effectively use the platform and maximize their investment.
