Responsibilities

Working with PAX operations, finance staff, and program staff to understand PAX strategy and unique value-add as a global social impact organization.

Working with PAX program staff to understand the specific program plans and opportunities of our specific issue areas.

Generating the following deliverables:

A development strategy that identifies in-principle funding priorities for PAX to pursue, based on PAX’s strengths and unique contributions to global social impact.

A prospect mapping identifying both general sources of potential funding and specific funder prospects in line with the strategy.

A plan for the implementation of the development strategy, including any additional capacities or consultant work needed as well as an identification of time or work needed from current PAX staff and capacities.

Required

Deep experience in development with internationally focused operating and grant making foundations.

Sophisticated approach with experience identifying and cultivating institutional, government and major donor partnerships.

Ability to work with PAX operations, finance staff, and program staff to understand PAX strategy and unique value-add as a global social impact organization.

Ability to work with PAX program staff to understand the specific program plans and opportunities of our specific issue areas.

Capability to generate a development strategy that identifies in-principle funding priorities for PAX to pursue, based on PAX’s strengths and unique contributions to global social impact.

Ability to create a prospect mapping identifying both general sources of potential funding and specific funder prospects in line with the strategy.

Ability to develop a plan for the implementation of the development strategy, including any additional capacities or consultant work needed as well as an identification of time or work needed from current PAX staff and capacities.
